Jouw missie: business development combineren met strategische rekrutering

🔹 Business Development & Actieve Prospectie

  • Bouw en ontwikkel je eigen klantenportefeuille via gerichte outreach, cold calling, netwerken en social selling.
  • Leid klantgesprekken (op locatie of op afstand), begrijp hun zakelijke uitdagingen en bied op maat gemaakte rekruteringsoplossingen aan.
  • Beheer de volledige salescyclus — van onderhandeling tot het ondertekenen van contracten en opvolging na plaatsing.

🔹 Sourcing & Full-Cycle Rekrutering

  • Bepaal en implementeer sourcingstrategieĂ«n die passen bij nicheprofielen en moeilijk te vinden talent, vooral binnen IT (ontwikkelaars, DevOps, cloud, data, enz.).
  • Voer interviews, evalueer technische vaardigheden en soft skills, en zorg voor een vlot beheer van kandidaten doorheen het volledige proces.
  • Begeleid kandidaten vanaf het eerste contact tot en met interviewvoorbereiding, salarisonderhandeling en onboarding.

🔹 Projectbeheer & Relatieopbouw

  • Wees het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als kandidaten, en lever een kwalitatieve en professionele rekruteringservaring.
  • Beheer je opdrachten nauwkeurig en onderhoud een proactieve en transparante communicatie.
  • Bouw langdurige partnerships op met een consultatieve, kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak.
Profile description

Jouw profiel: een rekruteringsprofessional met sterke commerciële drive

  • Je hebt 2 tot 5+ jaar ervaring in rekrutering of consultancy, waarbij je zowel business development als full-cycle rekrutering beheert.
  • Je bent sterk in outbound prospectie (cold calling, e-mailautomatisatie, LinkedIn outreach) en weet je eigen leads te genereren.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met technische en IT-gerelateerde profielen en voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met hiring managers, CTO’s en technische stakeholders.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, met een sterke commerciĂ«le en analytische mindset (KPI-opvolging, marges, plaatsingsratio’s…).
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Engels; kennis van het Nederlands is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt autonoom, gestructureerd en kan meerdere rekruterings- en salesprocessen tegelijk beheren.

Based in Riyadh and traveling frequently to Doha, this position’s core objective is to grow the organization’s cybersecurity presence through consistent engagement with key Qatari stakeholders and enterprise clients.Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the Qatari market, emphasizing government and enterprise sectors. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with government ministries, agencies, and large organizations.
