Gestionnaire d'Actifs et de Propriétés - Retail

Description du PosteNous recherchons un Gestionnaire d'Actifs et de Propriétés expérimenté pour piloter la gestion complète de nos portefeuilles immobiliers de retail. Ce rôle combine deux dimensions clés : la gestion des baux et des actifs immobiliers (60 % du temps) et la gestion opérationnelle des propriétés (40 % du temps, variable selon les périodes). Vous serez responsable de l'optimisation des contrats de location, de la négociation des conditions commerciales, de la résolution des problèmes techniques et de la coordination avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
