Facility Coordinator

Description du PosteNous recherchons un facility coordinator pour rejoindre une entreprise basée à Bruxelles. Ce rôle est central pour assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien de s batiments, la gestion des équipements et l'optimisation des environnements de travail. Cette position requiert une approche proactive, une excellente organisation et une capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les équipes internes et les prestataires externes. Le coordinateur travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le client pour identifier les besoins, résoudre les problèmes opérationnels et mettre en place des solutions durables.Responsabilités Principales :Gérer les demandes d'intervention et assurer le suivi des travaux de réparation et d'amélioration des installationsSuperviser l'inventaire des équipements et fournitures, et effectuer les commandes nécessairesMaintenir une communication régulière avec les prestataires externes et les fournisseursDocumenter et rapporter les incidents, les problèmes techniques et les améliorations apportéesContribuer à l'optimisation des coûts opérationnels tout en maintenant la qualité des servicesProfil du CandidatNous recherchons des candidats possédant un diplôme de bachelier et une maîtrise fluide de l'anglais et du français. Investment Solutions Manager

We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation in the UAE that is expanding its investment and savings proposition.
