Life Insurance Officer – UAE National Fresh Graduate
This entry-level position provides exposure to the commercial and technical aspects of group life insurance, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, underwriting support, and client coordination. The role rotates across key business functions, giving hands-on involvement in pricing, sales, operations, and process enhancement projects.
- Prepare customized proposals for group life insurance, handling both new clients and policy renewals.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data sets to inform pricing decisions and monitor overall portfolio performance.
- Communicate detailed policy and pricing information to operations teams, ensuring accurate and timely policy issuance.
- Support the creation and refinement of pricing tools, templates, and dashboards to enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Operations, and Underwriting teams on data-driven projects and initiatives.
- Prepare commercial and technical reports and presentations, distilling insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with brokers and distribution partners to address quotation requests and understand market needs.
- Coordinate with reinsurers, managing standard case submissions and approvals.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement, with a particular focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with foundational knowledge of insurance concepts considered an asset. Strong skills in data analysis, strategic thinking, and organization are vital. Working knowledge of both English and Arabic is required to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
