Le Business Manager Développement Conseil pilote l’expansion de notre activité de conseil en France. Il définit et met en œuvre des stratégies de croissance orientées développement commercial et gestion de partenariats avec de nouveaux clients et partenaires clés.

  • Identifier et développer des opportunités de partenariat avec des acteurs majeurs, en mettant l’accent sur les besoins en prestations de conseil.
  • Élaborer des propositions de missions de conseil, en coordonnant les ressources internes et en comprenant les attentes du marché français.
  • Encadrer le suivi des activités de business development, assurer la veille concurrentielle et proposer des axes d’amélioration stratégiques.
  • Conseiller la direction sur l’évolution de l’offre, analyser les tendances du secteur et contribuer aux réflexions stratégiques.
  • Participer au recrutement et à la sélection des talents, en collaboration avec l’équipe RH, pour assurer la montée en puissance de l’activité.

La maîtrise du français est indispensable pour interagir efficacement avec les parties prenantes locales et garantir la réussite du développement national. Le poste nécessite une vision globale, une capacité à piloter plusieurs projets de front et à gérer des relations clients de haut niveau.

Profile description

  • Leadership naturel : Capacité à fédérer des équipes et à inspirer confiance auprès des clients et partenaires, en étant force de proposition.
  • Première expérience dans le domaine du conseil ou en cabinet de recrutement.
  • Expertise dans la mise en relation d'indépendants ou de prestataires auprès de sociétés clientes
  • Orientation résultats : Persévérance et enthousiasme à atteindre et dépasser des objectifs ambitieux, avec une vraie résilience face aux défis du marché.
  • Talent relationnel : Aisance à établir, développer et entretenir des relations de confiance avec une clientèle exigeante, tout en s’intégrant dans des environnements variés.
  • Esprit analytique et conseils stratégiques : Aptitude à comprendre les enjeux business des clients et à leur proposer des solutions à forte valeur ajoutée, grâce à une expérience avérée en développement commercial ou en conseil en management.
  • Expertise en acquisition de talents : Sens de l’évaluation des profils et capacité à attirer les meilleurs consultants, contribuant directement à la croissance qualitative de l’équipe.

Position Overview:Based in Brussels, this role involves overseeing a team of four accountants, ensuring optimal workload distribution, productivity, and compliance with internal procedures and company policies.
