The role involves supervising work at multiple locations, including roof replacements and façade repairs.Key Responsibilities• Project Planning and Execution:Lead renovation projects from initial assessment to final deliveryConduct site visits to assess building conditions and determine project needsDevelop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCollaborate with building supervisors, contractors, and the procurement team• Budget and Resource Management:Manage project budgets ranging from €40,000 to €150,000 per buildingEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetProject Scope and ChallengesManage approximately 10 to 15 buildings across FlandersProjects include technical, administrative, and logistics facilitiesCandidate ProfileMinimum 10 years of experience in construction project managementDegree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of building systems, structural work, and renovation techniquesExperience with budget control, procurement, and contractsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAble to manage multiple projects under pressureFluent in Dutch
