Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity (Saudi Market)
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity (Saudi Market) is responsible for driving the company’s business expansion within Saudi Arabia, with priority focus on Riyadh. Operating from Dubai, this position requires frequent travel to Riyadh (minimum two weeks per month) to foster close relationships with enterprise and commercial clients and expand the company’s cybersecurity footprint in the Kingdom.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to the Saudi market, highlighting company cybersecurity solutions. Identify and pursue new enterprise and commercial client opportunities within the Kingdom, and ensure that the company’s offerings address local requirements and regulations.
- Client Engagement: Conduct on-site meetings and continuous engagement with key stakeholders in Saudi Arabia. Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and business decision-makers during regular visits. Stay updated on local cybersecurity market trends and regulatory changes within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
- Account Management: Manage key client accounts to achieve high satisfaction and long-term retention. Translate client requirements into tailored cybersecurity solutions, support client onboarding, and contribute to the ongoing development of each client account.
- Sales Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate client and deal information in CRM systems; manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and oversee invoicing and collection processes for Saudi clients. Lead and coordinate RFP, RFQ, and tender processes. Work with marketing to execute campaigns and represent the company at industry events within the Kingdom.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of sales plans, aligned with internal policies and industry best practices.
Languages required: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly valued.

- Adaptable and Collaborative: Thrives in cross-functional settings and works well with marketing and operational teams to achieve ambitious goals. Possesses the flexibility to travel frequently between Dubai and Riyadh, adapting quickly to diverse business cultures.
- Industry-Savvy and Technically Astute: Brings hands-on expertise in cybersecurity solutions and is comfortable managing all stages of the RFP and tender processes. Able to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients.
- Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in English (both written and spoken), with excellent business communication skills. Strong command of Arabic, enabling impactful engagement with local clients and stakeholders.
