Role Overview: The Pre-Qualification Manager oversees technical pre-sales activities for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects within an oil and gas environment. This role ensures the company’s capabilities and credentials are effectively showcased to potential clients, meeting sector-specific standards and prerequisites.

  • Lead the preparation and submission of pre-qualification documents and technical proposals for high-value EPC tenders.
  • Engage with clients’ technical teams to clarify requirements and assess the fit between client needs and company solutions.
  • Analyze pre-qualification criteria to determine project eligibility and readiness for complex sales cycles in the oil and gas sector.
  • Coordinate closely with business development, engineering, and proposal teams to gather, verify, and deliver detailed technical information.
  • Monitor and interpret local and international industry standards, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape relevant to pre-qualification processes.
  • Support technical sales by presenting company credentials and project experience to client representatives in both written and verbal form.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all pre-qualification submissions, client feedback, and outcomes for continual improvement.

The role requires fluency in English and an aptitude for navigating complex sales cycles typical of large EPC projects within the energy industry.
