General Ledger Accountant (Brussels)

Location:BrusselsAs a General Ledger Accountant, your responsibilities will cover a broad range of key accounting tasks:Oversee the general ledger process from A to Z, handling full-cycle accounting operations including month-end and year-end closing activities.Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in line with both BE GAAP and IFRS standards.Carry out essential functions such as account reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and fixed assets accounting.Manage VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory declarations ensuring compliance with local regulations.Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation, analysis, and explanations as needed.Provide ongoing support to the Finance Manager and Controllers with financial reporting, data analysis, and the identification of process improvement opportunities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in digitalization projects designed to streamline the accounting function.Scope of the role: This position serves as a key contributor within an international, multicultural finance team, handling both local and international accounting standards, and working cross-functionally with stakeholders in several departments. Working regularly with advanced ERP systems (such as SAP) and employing strong proficiency in Excel is expected. The ability to communicate effectively in French, Dutch, and English is critical for success in this environment. Contrôleur Financier & Comptable Trilingue

En tant que Contrôleur Financier & Comptable trilingue, vous jouez un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe Finance. Ce poste implique l’élaboration, l’analyse, et le pilotage de la performance financière, en particulier sur les thématiques de rémunération et avantages sociaux.Pilotage budgétaire et prévisions : Diriger les activités de planification financière, prévisions et contrôle budgétaire liées à la rémunération et aux avantages sociaux.Analyse financière : Fournir des analyses et recommandations fondées sur les données afin d’optimiser les coûts et d’étayer la prise de décision stratégique.Gestion du P&L et du bilan : Assurer la maîtrise et la conformité des états financiers, en garantissant la précision des comptes et le respect des normes IFRS.Reporting pour la direction : Préparer des rapports détaillés et présentations destinés à la direction exécutive et au Conseil.Collaboration transverse : Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Finance, RH, Achats et Métiers pour assurer l’intégrité des flux financiers.Contribution aux projets stratégiques : Participer aux initiatives transverses telles que la mise en place d’ERP ou l’optimisation de processus.Le poste requiert une maîtrise avancée des outils Excel et PowerPoint. Financial Controller

Functieomschrijving:Als Junior Financial Controller ondersteun je de financiële sturing van de organisatie en werk je rechtstreeks onder de Finance Manager. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van maand- en kwartaalrapportages, het monitoren van budgetten en het analyseren van afwijkingen. Op basis van deze analyses stel je gerichte correctieve acties voor. Je draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van interne controllingprocessen en biedt ondersteuning bij algemene boekhoudkundige taken wanneer nodig.Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van financiële rapportages voor managementinformatie.Toezicht houden op budgetten, afwijkingen controleren en meedenken over verbetervoorstellen.Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van interne control-procedures voor een efficiënte bedrijfsvoering.Ondersteunen bij algemene boekhoudkundige taken in samenspraak met het accountingteam.Intensief samenwerken met diverse afdelingen, zoals accounting en operations, om financiële processen soepel te laten verlopen.Je gebruikt dagelijks Microsoft Excel voor analyses en rapportages. Affiniteit met fund accounting en financial controlling is belangrijk, evenals strategisch denken en interesse in het werken met ERP-systemen. De werkomgeving is internationaal en vereist dat je vlot communiceert in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Votre mission intègre la gestion de chantiers de A à Z et la coordination des intervenants sur site.Organisation et supervision globale des chantiers : planification, suivi, coordination des équipes et sous-traitants.Application et contrôle des normes de sécurité et de qualité à chaque étape.Gestion du planning de construction et respect des délais.Analyse technique des sites et anticipation des risques.Interface avec les fournisseurs et partenaires externes pour la bonne exécution des contrats.Appui à l’évaluation des coûts de construction.Participation aux réunions d’avancement et reporting technique/budgétaire régulier.Supervision de la coordination d’équipe sur site.
