Experienced Recruitment Consultant (FR/NL/EN)
Experienced Recruitment Consultant at Gentis offers full market ownership in a dynamic, international setting. The role centers on independently building and expanding a client portfolio through proactive business development activities, including cold calling, client meetings, and contract negotiations. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring tailored recruitment strategies meet specific hiring needs.
- Lead all phases of the recruitment lifecycle: candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and post-placement monitoring.
- Develop new business channels and convert opportunities by leveraging sales operations knowledge and KPI tracking.
- Use a broad set of tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, CRM systems, direct outreach, and referrals to identify and engage top talent.
- Manage client relationships, address complex hiring requirements, and deliver bespoke recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and terms for both clients and candidates, providing a seamless and compliant process.
- Regularly monitor progress against commercial and placement targets, adjusting strategies to ensure continual success in a meritocratic, goal-oriented environment.
This position demands advanced recruitment strategy development, business development, sales operations, talent management, and client relationship management skills. Fluency in both English and French is required; Dutch is an advantage.
