Experienced Recruitment Consultant (FR/NL/EN)
As an Experienced Business Consultant at Gentis, you will operate with full autonomy to develop and manage your own client portfolio in a dynamic, international setting. Your role is centered on business development, client advisory, and delivering tailored consulting solutions aligned with each client’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Portfolio Growth: Proactively identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through methods such as cold calling, client visits, networking, and strategic partnerships. Build and expand a sustainable client base by positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to your clients, understanding their specific business needs and delivering customized solutions. Ensure long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, business reviews, and continuous support.
- Consulting Project Management: Lead the full project lifecycle—from needs assessment, solution design, and proposal development to negotiation, delivery, and post-project evaluation.
- Sales Operations & Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that are both compliant and sustainable.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial targets, adjusting your business strategy to ensure consistent growth in a results-oriented, meritocratic environment.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Advisory: Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and emerging client needs to provide proactive, value-added consulting advice.
This position demands advanced recruitment strategy development, business development, sales operations, talent management, and client relationship management skills. Fluency in both English and French is required; Dutch is an advantage.
- Proven Experience: You bring solid experience in business consulting, client advisory, commercial development, or a comparable client-facing role. A proven record of exceeding sales or business growth targets is essential.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are autonomous, commercially driven, and thrive on building your own client base and market segment.
- Client-Centric Approach: You are skilled at balancing commercial goals with delivering high-value, tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
- Commercial Acumen: You combine strong business sense, negotiation skills, and solution-oriented thinking with resilience and a proactive attitude.
- Agility & Adaptability: You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, where you adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on objectives.
- Technical Skills: You are proficient in using CRM systems, digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals), and other business intelligence tools to maximize your outreach and effectiveness.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and French is required; Dutch is a strong asset in a multinational client environment.
