Your mission: combine business development with strategic recruitment

🔹 Business Development & Active Prospecting

  • Build and grow your own client portfolio through targeted outreach, cold calling, networking, and social selling.
  • Lead client meetings (on-site or remote), understand business challenges, and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Handle the full sales cycle — from negotiation to contract signature and post-placement follow-up.

🔹 Sourcing & Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Define and implement sourcing strategies adapted to niche and high-demand profiles, especially in IT (developers, DevOps, cloud, data, etc.).
  • Conduct interviews, assess both technical skills and soft skills, and ensure smooth candidate management throughout the process.
  • Guide candidates from first contact through interview coaching, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

🔹 Project Management & Relationship Building

  • Act as the single point of contact for both clients and candidates, ensuring a premium recruitment experience.
  • Manage all assignments with precision, and maintain proactive and transparent communication.
  • Build long-term partnerships through a consultative, quality-driven approach.
Profielbeschrijving

Your profile: a recruitment professional with a strong commercial drive

  • You have 2 to 5+ years of experience in recruitment or consulting, managing both full-cycle recruitment and business development.
  • You are confident in outbound prospecting (cold calls, email automation, LinkedIn outreach) and can generate your own leads.
  • You are comfortable recruiting for technical and IT-related roles and can engage confidently with hiring managers, CTOs, and tech leads.
  • You are results-driven, with strong analytical and commercial acumen (KPI monitoring, profit margins, placement rates…).
  • You are fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong plus.
  • You are autonomous, structured, and capable of running multiple recruitment processes and sales pipelines simultaneously.

Role OverviewThe Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity (Qatari Market) is responsible for expanding the company’s business within Qatar, with a primary focus on the government sector. Based in Riyadh and traveling frequently to Doha, this position’s core objective is to grow the organization’s cybersecurity presence through consistent engagement with key Qatari stakeholders and enterprise clients.Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the Qatari market, emphasizing government and enterprise sectors. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with government ministries, agencies, and large organizations. Ensure all proposals address local cybersecurity regulations and compliance requirements.Client Engagement: Conduct regular on-site meetings with Qatari clients and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with decision-makers in government and enterprise organizations. Stay informed about market trends, cybersecurity policies, and regulations in Qatar and the wider GCC region.Account Management: Oversee key accounts to maximize satisfaction and retention. Translate client requirements into tailored cybersecurity solutions, facilitating smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery. Drive the expansion and development of existing client accounts within Qatar.Sales Operations & Administration: Maintain precise records on CRM systems, manage the sales pipeline, and support accurate revenue forecasting. Coordinate with marketing to deploy targeted campaigns and represent the company at cybersecurity and industry events within Qatar.This role requires excellent business development, account management, and client relationship management skills in both English and Arabic. Prior experience in selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions and a solid understanding of local regulatory frameworks are essential.
