Als Recruiter ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen talent en bedrijven. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met kandidaten, begrijpt wat hen motiveert en begeleidt hen naar een volgende stap in hun carrière.

Tegelijk werk je nauw samen met klanten om hun uitdagingen te begrijpen en de juiste match te vinden. Je gaat proactief op zoek naar talent via social media, je netwerk en andere creatieve sourcingkanalen. Je voert intakegesprekken, begeleidt kandidaten doorheen het volledige selectieproces en zorgt voor een uitstekende candidate experience.

Je krijgt daarnaast de kans om je commerciële vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen door klantenrelaties uit te bouwen, nieuwe opportuniteiten te creëren en zelf te onderhandelen over samenwerkingsvoorwaarden.

Als Recruitment Consultant zal je: Een eigen netwerk uitbouwen van klanten en kandidaten op jouw nichemarkt, met jou als verbindend spilfiguur. Jij bent het eerste/enige contactpunt. Bestaande klant tevreden houden met jouw accountmanagement skills. Nieuwe klanten aantrekken om een partnerschap aan te gaan. Onsite meetings organiseren en leiden bij onze klanten om hen (en hun noden) beter te begrijpen.
