HR Business Partner
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and people-centric organization where HR plays a strategic role in driving business success. In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and department leaders, translating complex business needs into impactful HR strategies and initiatives.
You will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Performance Management to deliver integrated solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass organizational design, workforce planning, and change management projects, while coaching and challenging managers on leadership, people management, and organizational transformation. You will analyze HR data to provide strategic recommendations that support critical business decisions, and lead cross-functional HR initiatives that foster continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and department leaders on HR strategy and organizational matters
- Translate business needs and objectives into impactful HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Performance Management to ensure integrated service delivery
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management projects to support business transformation
- Coach and challenge managers on leadership development, people management best practices, and organizational transformation
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide strategic recommendations and insights that support business decisions
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional HR initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Support senior leaders in navigating complex people-related challenges and organizational transitions
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who bring substantial HR business partnership experience combined with a strategic mindset and genuine passion for driving organizational success through people. You should be a skilled communicator and stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at senior levels, while maintaining strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Your background should demonstrate success in supporting organizational change, coaching leaders, and translating business strategy into actionable HR initiatives.
Experience & Expertise Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a medium to large organization
- Strong HR generalist expertise with demonstrated strategic business mindset
- Proven experience coaching senior leaders and supporting organizational change initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in HR reporting and workforce planning
- Fluency in French; Dutch language skills are a valuable asset
- Experience partnering with HR Centers of Excellence or similar specialized HR functions
