HR Officer
FUNCTION:
- Will be part of the HR & Finance Department;
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔Administration:
- Ensuring the day-to-day management of all administrative operations (management and follow-up of the HR mailbox, responding to all employee questions, topics, and issues, etc.);
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital formats
✔Payroll:
- Conducting the monthly payroll
- Maintaining the employee database and preparing reports
✔Legal:
- Assisting the HR Manager in ensuring legal compliance of company rules and policies;
- Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Compensation & Benefits:
- Operational management, follow-up, and administration
✔Recruitment:
- Assisting and supporting the HR Manager
- Coordinating and following up on the recruitment process
✔Onboarding/Offboarding:
- Responsible for the successful onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Organizing new hire training
✔Learning & Development:
- Coordinating (administration and follow-up) employee development plans and performance management
✔Support:
- Providing information and support to managers on HR topics (policies and procedures)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Hard HR (payroll, compensation & benefits, legal) as well as in Soft HR and/or in a similar position;
-Mastery of the full scope of payroll management;
- Good knowledge of labor law and social law;
- First experience in recruitment is an asset;
- Ability to build team morale and promote company culture;
- Dynamic, driven, and energetic team player thriving in problem-solving;
Fluent in French OR Dutch with a good understanding of the secund national language;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Windows Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel);
