HR Manager
For one our client located in the center of Brussels.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities :
- Supervision of soft and hard HR components.
- comfortable with both operational and strategic aspects.
- Used to working with the management committee.
- HR profile but with a real understanding of the business and its challenges.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources.
- Strong skills in Hard and Soft HR.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
- Bilingual in french and dutch.
