For one our client located in the center of Brussels.


The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Responsibilities :

  • Supervision of soft and hard HR components.
  • comfortable with both operational and strategic aspects.
  • Used to working with the management committee.
  • HR profile but with a real understanding of the business and its challenges.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong skills in Hard and Soft HR.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgement.
  • Bilingual in french and dutch.

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Federal AuthorityBased in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role focuses on leading and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for high-level roles within financial services, asset management, and banking. Talent Acquisition Specialist
