En tant que Recruteur, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des talents et des clients. Vous examinez en détail les profils, les connaissances et l'expérience des candidats. De plus, vous savez parfaitement qui convient à quel poste et vous assurez ainsi une adéquation parfaite. En collaboration avec nos clients, vous vous plongez dans leurs besoins en matière de recrutement et vous recherchez activement les bons candidats via LinkedIn, votre propre réseau ou des sources de recrutement originales.

En tant que Recruteur, vous examinez les profils, menez les premiers entretiens, rédigez des offres d'emploi attrayantes et coordonnez l'ensemble du processus de candidature de A à Z. Mais cela ne s'arrête pas là : vous aurez également l'occasion de développer vos compétences commerciales en matière de gestion de comptes et de développement commercial.


Qui recherchons-nous ?

Un Recruteur (junior ou expérimenté) enthousiaste et désireux d'apprendre, qui aime les gens et se passionne pour le réseautage. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'avoir une grande expérience, mais une première expérience dans le domaine du développement commercial ou du recrutement est un atout !

✔ Vous pensez et communiquez à un niveau universitaire.

✔ Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le français et l'anglais. La maîtrise du néerlandais est un plus.

✔ Vous vous épanouissez à chaque nouvelle rencontre, qu'elle soit professionnelle ou personnelle.
