Job description

Nous recherchons un maintenance manager pour superviser et optimiser les opérations de maintenance sur une station d’épuration d’eau auprès d’une entreprise en pleine expansion. Le candidat tenu aura la charge de garantir le bon fonctionnement des installations et d'assurer la conformité aux normes environnementales.

Missions Principales :

  1. Planification et organisation de la maintenance :
    • Gérer la planification et l'organisation de la maintenance annuelle préventive et corrective.
    • Assurer la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de maintenance avec une répartition de 20 à 30 % de temps consacré aux tâches de bureau (planification, reporting, gestion des ressources).
  2. Supervision des équipes de terrain :
    • Être présent sur le terrain 70 à 80 % du temps pour épauler, encadrer et suivre les équipes techniques.
    • Superviser les opérations de maintenance afin d’assurer la bonne exécution des interventions mécaniques et électriques.
  3. Soutien opérationnel et coordination :
    • Accompagner les équipes dans la résolution des problématiques techniques.
    • Assurer la bonne communication entre les équipes de maintenance et la direction du site.
    • Proposer des actions d'amélioration continue pour optimiser les processus de maintenance.
  4. Mise en place et suivi du budget maintenance :
    • Élaborer le budget de maintenance en collaboration avec la direction.
    • Suivre l'exécution du budget et veiller à l'optimisation des coûts tout en maintenant la performance des équipements.
  5. Gestion des achats et approvisionnements :
    • Collecter et fournir au Directeur de Site les informations nécessaires à la gestion des achats et approvisionnements liés aux besoins en maintenance.
    • Veiller à la disponibilité des pièces de rechange et des équipements.
  6. Suivi des indicateurs de performance :
    • Utiliser la GMAO pour assurer le suivi des interventions, analyser les performances des équipements et générer des rapports pour la direction.
    • Mettre en place des KPI afin de mesurer l'efficacité des opérations de maintenance.


Profile description

Profil Recherché :

  • Ingénieur Industriel en électromécanique ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans la maintenance industrielle, avec une approche combinant terrain et gestion administrative.
  • Connaissances approfondies des systèmes mécaniques, électriques et GMAO.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression avec un esprit d'anticipation.

Compétences Requises :

  • Techniques :
    • Solides connaissances en mécanique, électricité, et systèmes de GMAO.
    • Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes techniques sur le terrain.
  • Managériales :
    • Capacité à superviser et coordonner des équipes de maintenance.
    • Proactivité et capacité à anticiper les problèmes et les besoins futurs.
  • Personnelles :
    • Sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités.
    • Autonomie, rigueur, et réactivité.
    • Bonnes compétences en communication, capable de faire le lien entre les équipes et la direction.
