Job description

Omschrijving van de functie

Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil in het succes van onze werven. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles perfect voorbereid en opgevolgd wordt. Samen met de Project Manager en Werfleider coördineer je alle processen en bewaak je kwaliteit en veiligheid. Jouw gestructureerde aanpak zorgt voor efficiënte projectuitvoering volgens planning.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Controleren voortgang en conformiteit met plannen
  • Coördineren uitvoerings- en prefabricatieplannen
  • Opstellen metingen en technische documentatie
  • Opvolgen structuur, gevels, daken en bouwkundige elementen
  • Plannen werfasen met focus op veiligheid en efficiëntie
  • Organiseren kwaliteitscontroles en opleveringen
  • Coördineren communicatie tussen partijen
  • Bijhouden administratieve en financiële documenten

Profiel van de kandidaat

We zoeken een professional met sterke technische achtergrond en organisatorische vaardigheden. Je bent iemand die complexe projecten overziet, details niet vergeet en proactief problemen oplost. Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans) en gedreven door excellentie.

Vereiste ervaring en expertise:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als werkvoorbereider of bouwcoördinator
  • Kennis van bouwplannen, lastenboeken en technische specificaties
  • Vertrouwdheid met metingen en administratieve processen
  • Kennis van bouwveiligheid en regelgeving
  • Vaardigheid in projectmanagement software
  • Sterke communicatie- en coördinatievaardigheden
