As a Legal Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for questions related to collective Life & Health and Workers' Compensation insurance products.
We count on you for the following tasks:
- Providing legal advice to employees and reviewing contractual terms.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
- Managing litigation cases and following up on legal proceedings.
- Analyzing the impact of new regulations and assisting with the adaptation of documents and procedures.
- Conducting training sessions related to new regulations and legal obligations.
