Sales Lead
As a Sales Lead for a mission-driven wellness brand in Dubai, the role focuses on driving commercial growth and enhancing brand presence across the region. Operating within both B2B and B2C channels, responsibilities include:
- Identifying and acquiring new clients by proactively targeting partners and prospects within the wellness, fitness, FMCG, and lifestyle sectors.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships, building sustainable relationships that support ongoing business development objectives.
- Representing the brand at events, activations, and pop-up venues across Dubai and the wider UAE, ensuring high engagement and maintaining brand standards.
- Collaborating with marketing on brand strategy, contributing commercial insights and participating in cross-functional projects that enhance brand reach and impact.
- Utilizing CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions, ensuring data-driven follow-up and robust account management.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales KPIs to optimize pipeline performance and inform ongoing business development actions.
- Conducting market analysis, identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations for commercial expansion.
The position requires frequent travel to events and external meetings; fluency in both Arabic and English is necessary for effective regional partnership building and representation.
