- On-site presence required at least 3 days per week, with the option for up to 2 days remote work weekly.
- Ideally a minimum of three years MES experience on systems such as Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between engineering, quality, and external MES programmers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Participate in design, FAT/pre-FAT testing, commissioning, and field validation phases.
- Execute validation tests (using KNEAT) and systematically manage punch lists.
- Validate system developments and corrections from the integrator, ensuring compliance with project standards and best practices.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, ideally suited for overseeing complex integration projects within a regulated, pharmaceutical production environment.
- Educational background: Hold a degree in automation, industrial IT, or a related field.
- Professional experience: Have a proven track record with at least three years of hands-on MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience, ideally with exposure to Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma or equivalent systems, and prior involvement in regulated or pharmaceutical environments.
- Technical understanding: Possess knowledge beyond MES, such as familiarity with process batch operations and DCS (Distributed Control Systems), and demonstrate a clear aptitude for application integration and solution validation in complex projects.
- Language skills: Communicate fluently in both French and English, confidently interacting with internal teams and external partners in an international context.
- Personal qualities: Exhibit a high level of rigor and organizational skills to ensure standards and best practices are met, with a keen sense of autonomy and initiative in driving project objectives. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to synthesize and communicate technical information effectively are essential.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management: Show an aptitude for managing interfaces and building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders—engineering, quality assurance, operations, and external integrators—ensuring alignment and cohesive progress throughout the project lifecycle.
We value individuals who thrive on responsibility, adapt well to onsite and hybrid work settings, and actively contribute to the success of high-impact, strategic industrial initiatives.
