Job description

Je recherche actuellement un professionnel bilingue spécialisé dans le domaine du learning & development pour intégrer une société active dans le secteur de la construction en Belgique.


Votre rôle consistera à informer et à former les employés et les ouvriers sur les nouveaux outils digitaux développés soit en interne par l'équipe IT, soit en externe, afin de faciliter leur travail.

De plus, vous serez chargé(e) de recueillir des informations auprès des ouvriers via différents canaux tels que des questionnaires, afin d'identifier les outils ou processus susceptibles d'être améliorés.

VOS RESPONSABILITES :


  • élaboration de stratégies d'entreprise pour le développement interne et l'adoption de solutions digitales.
  • Animation des groupes de travail internes et/ou externes pour favoriser la réflexion et l'innovation
  • Visiter les chantiers et les différents départements de l’entreprise pour évaluer la conformité aux processus de qualité et analyser l’efficacité des outils mis en place.
  • paramétrer, configurer et administrer les outils digitaux utilisés dans l'entreprise, tout en garantissant leur efficacité.
  • Encadrer les initiatives de qualité à travers différents départements et sites de l'entreprise, conseiller et former les collaborateurs sur l’utilisation des outils.

  • Bilingue néerlandais / français (obligatoire !)
  • 1ère expérience similaire (3- 5 ans)
  • Intérêt pour le secteur de la construction
