Wij, een gespecialiseerd bureau in werving en selectie, zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde (Assistent) Boekhouder voor een van onze gewaardeerde klanten. Deze organisatie is actief in een dynamische sector en zet zich in voor kwaliteit en innovatie binnen haar dienstverlening.

Functieomschrijving:

In deze rol als (Assistent) Boekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de financiële administratie van verschillende projecten. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Dagelijks inboeken van aankoopfacturen en bijwerken van banktransacties.
  • Voorbereiden van betalingen en monitoren van de cashflowpositie.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers binnen jouw toegewezen projecten.
  • Verzorgen van maandelijkse rapportages voor onze opdrachtgevers.
  • Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van de jaarafsluitingen voor diverse projecten.
  • Ondersteunen van IT bij het automatiseren en digitaliseren van boekhoudprocessen.
  • Bieden van algemene administratieve ondersteuning aan de boekhoudafdeling.


Profile description

Profiel

De ideale kandidaat beschikt over:

  • Een achtergrond in boekhouding of relevante ervaring met nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken.
  • Ervaring in ondersteunende boekhouding en basiskennis van BTW.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en vaardigheden in organisatie en zelfstandig werken.
  • Een proactieve, positieve en communicatief sterke instelling, gecombineerd met een teamgerichte mentaliteit.
