Job description

Responsable Finance Commerciale Marques & Innovation intervient au cœur de l’analyse de la performance financière de portefeuilles de marques ou de produits, au sein de groupes FMCG, agroalimentaires, cosmétiques ou retail structuré au Canada. Le poste s’appuie sur une forte collaboration avec les équipes Marketing, Innovation et Category management afin d’optimiser la stratégie business.

  • Gestion du P&L par marque/produit : analyse des marges, du mix produit, du pricing, et recommandations financières pour la croissance et la rentabilité.
  • Budgétisation A&P (investissements Advertising & Promotion), pilotage des dépenses marketing en lien direct avec les objectifs d’innovation et de performance.
  • Modélisation financière et ROI des lancements, rénovations et initiatives stratégiques; évaluation d’impacts financiers des plans d’innovation.
  • Reporting financier et élaboration de prévisions (forecasting) en interaction régulière avec les équipes de direction commerciale et marketing.
  • Business partnering : rôle clé d’interlocuteur auprès des non-financiers pour challenger, influencer et accompagner les prises de décision autour du portefeuille.
  • Utilisation avancée des outils SAP, Excel, Power BI, TM1 pour structurer, piloter et restituer la performance.
  • Analyse de marché et veille concurrentielle pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques, en s’appuyant sur des données internes et des benchmarks externes.
  • Application de méthodes d’FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), incluant préparation de rapports, analyses ad-hoc et suivi des KPIs financiers et marketing.

Le rôle exige une solide expertise en finance commerciale, une compréhension fine des business models CPG/FMCG, et une capacité à transformer les insights en recommandations concrètes pour la gestion et l’innovation du portefeuille.

Profile description

Nous recherchons des candidats qui excellent à l’interface entre la finance et le marketing, dotés d’une capacité démontrée à piloter la performance d’un portefeuille de marques ou de produits au sein d’entreprises de taille et de structure significatives, particulièrement issues des secteurs FMCG, agroalimentaire structuré, cosmétique grand public ou retail centralisé.

  • Expérience clé : Vous bénéficiez de 5 à 10 ans d’expérience approfondie en finance commerciale, avec une prise en main complète du P&L et de la gestion budgétaire A&P, idéalement acquise dans des groupes renommés (FMCG ou agroalimentaire) ou dans le retail organisé.
  • Expertise analytique : Vous excellez dans la modélisation financière (surtout autour de l’innovation/lancement, la rénovation de portefeuille), et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre agilité à formuler des recommandations éclairées soutenant la croissance du business.
  • Sens du partenariat : Véritable business partner, vous aimez collaborer et influencer en transverse, notamment auprès des équipes marketing, innovation ou category, pour maximiser la performance et accompagner le changement.
  • Esprit stratégique : Votre capacité à anticiper, planifier et scénariser le futur (forecast, simulation de mix produit, analyse par marque) vous distingue, tout autant que votre aisance à défendre vos analyses auprès de publics non financiers.
  • Qualifications recherchées : Diplômé(e) en finance, comptabilité ou administration; expérience significative sur SAP, Excel avancé, Power BI et TM1; maîtrise des outils et processus de performance financière d’un portefeuille.
  • Compétences linguistiques : Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais (courant professionnel) et avez un excellent niveau de français, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Qualités personnelles : Curieux(se), proactif(ve), orienté(e) résultats, avec un goût prononcé pour l’innovation et l’amélioration continue. Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel et d’une forte capacité d’adaptation dans des environnements exigeants et en constante évolution.
