- Qualifications: Candidates who hold (or are actively working towards) an ITAA accreditation are essential. We value those committed to continuous professional development.
- Relevant Experience: We seek individuals with 5-20 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit, ideally gained in a Big 4, fiduciary, or similar demanding environment. Experience managing and developing accounting teams is highly valued.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, coach, and empower colleagues and to foster a culture of openness and trust. The right person is approachable, hands-on, and focused on results without losing sight of the team’s well-being.
- Language Skills: Strong command of Dutch is essential, with a practical understanding of French highly desirable. The ability to communicate confidently with Dutch-speaking clients and stakeholders is necessary.
- Personal Qualities: We value professionals who are proactive, reliable, and adaptable—individuals who bring both energy and stability to a team. The ideal candidate is open-minded, eager to contribute to the company’s growth, and keen to play a visible and lasting role in its success.
- Mindset: Candidates who appreciate autonomy, flexibility, and are comfortable in a non-exclusive, fast-moving environment will fit in well. Integrity and a genuine passion for building long-term relationships are vital.
