Takenbeschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, analyseren en interpreteren van financiële rapporten en resultaten.
  • Beheren en controleren van de financiële planning en budgettering.
  • Identificeren van financiële risico's en kansen en het ontwikkelen van strategieën om deze aan te pakken.
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Opstellen van financiële prognoses en modellen om de prestaties van het bedrijf te voorspellen.
  • Implementeren van interne controleprocedures om nauwkeurigheid en compliance te waarborgen.
  • Analyseren van operationele kosten en het identificeren van mogelijkheden voor kostenbesparing.
  • Rapporteren aan het management over financiële prestaties en aanbevelingen doen voor verbeteringen.
Profile description
  • Minimaal een bacheloropleiding in de financiën, boekhouding of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als financieel analist, controller of een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe financiële gegevens te interpreteren.
  • Sterke kennis van boekhoudprincipes en financiële rapportagestandaarden.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te werken in een team.
  • Proactieve en resultaatgerichte houding met oog voor detail.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en geavanceerde Excel-vaardigheden zijn een pluspunt.
