BIM MODELER – Infrastructure Projects (Bridges & Tunnels)

Experience Level: Mid-level (5–10 years minimum; minimum 4 years required)
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team of 21 designers working on large-scale infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models for complex bridge and tunnel projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive BIM models using Revit and Civil 3D for infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Create detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models
- Maintain model integrity, consistency, and adherence to BIM standards throughout project lifecycle
- Collaborate with the 21-member design team to integrate various disciplines within the BIM environment
- Identify and resolve modeling conflicts and clashes
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input on constructability and feasibility
- Support project delivery through effective communication and documentation
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be a skilled and detail-oriented BIM professional with proven expertise in infrastructure modeling. You should possess:
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Revit and Civil 3D; proficiency in infrastructure-specific modeling workflows
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of BIM modeling experience, with 5–10 years preferred; proven track record on bridge and tunnel projects
- Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory; ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to model accuracy, consistency, and documentation
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively within a large multidisciplinary team and coordinate across departments
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve modeling conflicts and technical challenges
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying current with BIM standards, tools, and industry best practices
