Positionnement

  • Bras droit stratégique du CEO/VP sur tout ce qui touche aux M&A, partenariats et investissements.
  • Point d’ancrage sur la croissance externe et la structuration des deals.
  • Rôle à la croisée de la finance, du développement stratégique et de l’intégration opérationnelle.

Responsabilités

  • Construire et exécuter la stratégie corporate development : acquisitions de pratiques, intégrations technologiques, partenariats.
  • Origination et sourcing : identifier, qualifier et initier les opportunités.
  • Financial modeling et valuation : construire les modèles, évaluer les cibles, produire business cases pour le board.
  • Gérer le cycle complet des transactions : due diligence, négociation, structuration juridique, closing, post-merger integration.
  • Maintenir un réseau actif dans les communautés healthcare, tech, investisseurs pour générer deal flow.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec opérations, produit et finance pour assurer l’alignement et l’impact réel des deals.
  • Suivi des tendances marché, analyse des concurrents, anticipation des changements réglementaires.
Profile description

Profil recherché

  • 6+ ans en corporate development, banque d’affaires, private equity, ou conseil en stratégie (santé/healthtech = atout).
  • Expérience avérée en négociation et closing de deals.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la modélisation financière, valorisation, ROI analysis.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs transactions complexes en parallèle.
  • Leadership stratégique, autonomie, aisance dans l’ambiguïté et l’incomplet.
  • Sensibilité forte à la dimension humaine et culturelle des transactions (pas uniquement les chiffres).

Contraintes et conditions

  • Hybrid Montréal (3–4 jours sur site).
  • Déplacements ponctuels US + Canada (cibles, partenaires, board).
