Continuous Improvement Expert

Ben je op zoek naar een rol waarin je teams dagelijks kunt ondersteunen bij het structureel verbeteren van hun prestaties? Als Continuous Improvement Expert speel je een centrale rol in een complexe productie- en manufacturingomgeving. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met dagelijkse nabijheid op de werkvloer, waarbij je teams inspireert en begeleidt naar betere veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en kostenbeheersing.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Veiligheidsrisico's zichtbaar maken en preventieve acties uitwerken, met een duidelijke ambitie richting nul incidenten
  • Teams begeleiden bij het toepassen van continue verbeterinitiatieven, afgestemd op de dagelijkse realiteit van de productie
  • Opleidingsbehoeften in kaart brengen en trainings- en ondersteunend materiaal mee ontwikkelen
  • Het gebruik van verbeterinstrumenten opvolgen, zoals audits, procesafspraken, standaardisatie en analyses
  • Goede praktijken capteren en delen, en voortgang bewaken binnen afgesproken verbetertrajecten
  • Bij geplande afwezigheden een operationeel leidinggevende rol opnemen, met verantwoordelijkheid voor dagelijkse aansturing en het behalen van productiedoelstellingen
  • Samenwerken met productiemedewerkers, ploegtechniekers, proces- en verbeteringenieurs, asset-verantwoordelijken, CI-specialisten en diverse afdelingen zoals kwaliteit, logistiek, planning en HR
  • Werken in een roterend drieploegenstelsel met wekelijkse wissel

Wie ben je?

Je bent een professional met een bacheloropleiding in industriële wetenschappen of gelijkaardig, die teams kan inspireren en ondersteunen. Je stelt veiligheid en kwaliteit voorop, bent in staat om complexe verbetertrajecten uit te voeren en combineert technische expertise met sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.

Dit breng je mee:

  • Bacheloropleiding in industriële wetenschappen, technische bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met continue verbeterinitiatieven (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen of gelijkaardig)
  • Praktische kennis van auditprocedures, procesafspraken, standaardisatie en data-analyse
  • Ervaring in productie- of manufacturingomgevingen
  • Vermogen om trainingsmaterialen te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren
  • Ervaring met shift- of ploegwerk
