Job description

Le Business Analyst IT intervient au sein d’équipes projets afin d’assurer la collecte et l’analyse des besoins métiers, en environnement international.

  • Planification et suivi de projet : Élaboration et mise à jour des plannings, identification des jalons, et coordination des parties prenantes afin de garantir l’avancement des livrables.
  • Collecte des besoins : Analyse approfondie des attentes métiers, formalisation des exigences, documentation des besoins fonctionnels et techniques, avec interface régulière entre métiers et équipes techniques.
  • Gestion des parties prenantes : Participation active aux ateliers avec les parties prenantes francophones et anglophones, tout en assurant la compréhension et la validation des besoins.
  • Architecture orientée événements : Contribution à la conception ou à l’amélioration de modèles basés sur une architecture événementielle en lien avec les besoins métier.
  • Double maîtrise linguistique : Production de livrables, animation de réunions et communication quotidienne en français et en anglais.

Ce poste implique une collaboration transversale avec plusieurs équipes IT et métiers dans le cadre de projets d’envergure, nécessitant une expérience confirmée d’au moins trois ans dans des fonctions similaires.

  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, pour communiquer efficacement avec tous les intervenants internes et externes, et assurer une compréhension précise des besoins métiers.
  • Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 ans) en tant qu’analyste IT business, illustrant la capacité à comprendre et traduire les besoins métiers en solutions techniques pertinentes.
  • Facilité à collecter et analyser des exigences fonctionnelles et techniques, démontrant un réel sens de l’écoute et une grande attention aux détails.
  • Aptitude à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et à entretenir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes, en alliant diplomatie et assertivité.
  • Habitude de s’impliquer dans la planification et l’organisation de projets IT, en gardant une vision structurée et orientée résultats.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les architectures événementielles et volonté d’approfondir ses connaissances dans ce domaine.
  • Professionnalisme, agilité intellectuelle et appétence pour la résolution de problèmes complexes, dans un cadre en évolution rapide.

Location: BrusselsContract: 01/01/2026 – 01/07/2026As a crucial member of the Cyber Defence team, this position ensures robust protection for the bank against unauthorized cyber activity. The role centers on the management of security incidents, execution of digital forensic analyses, and ongoing threat hunting operations. The role also leverages cyber intelligence insights to enhance incident detection and remediation capabilities.Lead and coordinate the organization’s response to security incidents, overseeing procedures and ensuring effective follow-up actions.Conduct digital forensics investigations, focusing on Windows systems to collect and preserve evidence relevant to potential breaches.Develop and maintain incident reaction plans and detailed runbooks to guide timely and consistent incident responses.Perform threat hunting by leveraging intelligence and findings from incidents to proactively identify latent risks within the digital ecosystem.Collect and analyze cyber threat intelligence to recognize impacted assets, evaluate potential attack scenarios, and support risk prioritization.Operate and interpret output from various logging, monitoring, IDS/IPS, and protocol analysis tools (such as Snort, Suricata, Bro, Argus, SiLK, tcpdump, WireShark).Employ SIEM and log platforms (QRadar, Splunk, ELK) for real-time threat monitoring and post-incident analysis.Utilize scripting and programming skills with Python, Ruby, PHP, and text manipulation tools (sed, awk, grep) to facilitate forensic processes and automate analysis tasks.Work in a multilingual environment requiring fluency in English (oral and written), with good command of French; Dutch is considered an asset.Daily activities are structured to advance the security posture of the bank by navigating, analyzing, and responding to both emerging and ongoing cyber threats within a dynamic team setting.

Senior Software Test Engineer (On-site, Luxembourg)

As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems within a dynamic technology environment, with a special focus on fintech and banking domains.
