Business Development Manager

We have a top opportunity for you in a leading glass manufacturer producing innovative glass solutions for buildings, cars, and high-tech applications.
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive sales and develop strategic partnerships to achieve ambitious growth targets within the European and American markets.
· Develop and implement a successful sales strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
· Identify, qualify, and convert leads into new appointments.
· Manage the entire sales cycle, from product presentation to closing the deal.
· Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Analyze the market and customer needs to contribute to the determination of strategic sales initiatives
· N+1: BUM
Business Development Manager's Profile:
- Fluency in English, with French. Dutch is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- First experience in a sales function ( Proven track record needed )
- Open to travel (75%)
