Financial Reporting Maneger
Our client, a leading player in the areospace industry specialized in manufacturing is currently looking for a Financeal reporting Manager to join their team.
Your functions will include:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reports comply with industry-specific regulations and standards, as well as legal and tax requirements in the aerospace sector.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with other teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts, and track performance against these financial plans.
- Audit Support: Coordinate and facilitate financial audits by external auditors, and address any audit findings and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of financial analysts and reporting specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and performance.
- Communication: Effectively communicate financial results and insights to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders, ensuring a clear and comprehensive understanding of the company's financial health.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant financial reporting experience in the aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace industry-specific accounting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with experience in using advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
