Our client, a leading player in the areospace industry specialized in manufacturing is currently looking for a Financeal reporting Manager to join their team.

Your functions will include:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
2. Compliance: Ensure all financial reports comply with industry-specific regulations and standards, as well as legal and tax requirements in the aerospace sector.
3. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with other teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts, and track performance against these financial plans.
5. Audit Support: Coordinate and facilitate financial audits by external auditors, and address any audit findings and recommendations.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
7. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of financial analysts and reporting specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and performance.
8. Communication: Effectively communicate financial results and insights to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders, ensuring a clear and comprehensive understanding of the company's financial health.
