Job description

Als Business Unit Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële opvolging van een specifieke businessunit. Je werkt nauw samen met het managementteam en Project Managers om budgetten, forecasts en rapporteringen op te stellen en te analyseren. Daarnaast optimaliseer je financiële processen en interne controleprocedures. Je hebt een kritische blik en durft bestaande processen en cijfers in vraag te stellen. In deze dynamische en groeiende organisatie krijg je de kans om impact te maken en bij te dragen aan strategische beslissingen.

  • Je volgt de financiële prestaties van de businessunit op en analyseert afwijkingen tussen budget en realiteit.
  • Je stelt rapporteringen en forecasts op en geeft strategisch advies aan het management.
  • Je identificeert verbeterpunten in financiële processen en draagt bij aan optimalisaties.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van interne controleprocedures en zorgt voor een correcte financiële rapportering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams om inzicht te krijgen in operationele en financiële uitdagingen.
Profile description
  • Je hebt een diploma in een financiële of economische richting en enkele jaren relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een analytische mindset en kan financiële data vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt proactief en durft processen kritisch in vraag te stellen.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van financiële tools en Excel; ervaring met BI-software is een plus.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie.

Junior Credit Risk Analyst

As a Junior Credit Risk Analyst, you are responsible for independently analyzing credit files and assessing the creditworthiness of (potential) clients in close collaboration with external credit insurers to minimize financial risk.Financial and Risk Analysis: Conduct detailed financial and risk analyses on received credit applications. Prepare and substantiate decisions regarding credit approvals and submit processed files for final approval, aiming to prevent defaults, fraudulent deliveries, and reduce debtor payment delays.Portfolio Monitoring: Control and analyze financial data, balance sheets, and budgets of ongoing cases. Decide on and communicate necessary adjustments to the solvency status of clients or dealers, maintaining portfolio risk within set guidelines and ensuring overall creditworthiness.Advisory Role: Serve as an advisor for leasing and credit requests. Head of Enterprise Risk Management

The Head of Enterprise Risk Management plays a key role in supporting stakeholders such as EXCO, Senior Management, and Shariah in developing and maintaining the bank’s risk governance framework. Working across both Conventional and Islamic Banking portfolios, this role drives awareness of Operational Risk, Market Risk, and Liquidity Risk. The primary objective is to embed strong enterprise risk management processes throughout the organization by coordinating, communicating, and executing aspects related to the Bank's Risk Management framework.On a day-to-day basis, the Head of Enterprise Risk Management serves as the central liaison between departments, ensuring risk culture is understood and adopted firmwide. Responsibilities involve interfacing directly with business lines to identify, assess, and help mitigate potential risks that may affect the bank’s objectives and reputation.
