Warehouse Manager
Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of warehouse operations, including inventory control and product handling, to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain performance. Plays a critical role in the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 IMS & WMS, while maintaining inventory health, productivity, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain warehouse operations systems, including product handling, storage, inventory control, gate processes, and shipping methods.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, optimising workflows, staffing, space allocation, and equipment layout to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with quality and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and compliance with internal requirements.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs such as inventory accuracy, FIFO, OTIF, and cost optimisation metrics.
- Maintain inventory health by managing ageing stock and optimising working capital.
- Enforce safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to HSE, loss, damage, theft, and sabotage through effective control measures.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, and potential automation initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse teams to meet operational goals and succession plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Six Sigma (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, CSCM) is required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 IMS & WMS.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager in Oil & Gas or EPC, within the UAE
- Fluency in English; Arabic speakers will be considered first
