Nous recherchons un Acheteur en Construction Générale pour la province du Luxembourg. Ce professionnel gérera l'approvisionnement en matériaux, équipements et services, du sourcing fournisseur à la réception des commandes.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Identifier et sélectionner les fournisseurs selon critères de qualité, délai et prix
  • Négocier les contrats d'approvisionnement pour optimiser les coûts
  • Gérer les commandes et vérifier la conformité des livraisons
  • Maintenir une base de données des fournisseurs et analyser les tendances du marché
  • Collaborer avec les responsables de chantier pour anticiper les besoins
  • Réduire les coûts d'approvisionnement par optimisation des volumes

Profil du Candidat

Candidat expérimenté en construction générale avec formation bachelier ou ingénieur. Maîtrise des processus d'approvisionnement, connaissance des matériaux de construction et compétences avérées en négociation commerciale.

Expérience et expertise requises :

  • Expérience confirmée en construction générale
  • Compétences en négociation commerciale et gestion de contrats
  • Capacité à analyser les prix et optimiser les coûts
  • Formation bachelier ou ingénieur (construction, génie civil ou connexe)

Job DescriptionOne of my partners is seeking an enthusiastic Legal Advisor to join and strengthen their Legal team. In this varied and stimulating role, you will work at the intersection of commercial real estate law and general commercial law, supporting Belgium's dynamic retail and services sector through a period of significant transformation. You will monitor and analyse Belgian and European legislation, translate complex legal developments into clear, actionable insights, and help member companies—ranging from online platforms to large retail chains—understand and apply new and existing rules. Your work will span commercial leases, permits, energy policies (including solar panels and charging station regulations), B2C e-commerce legislation, and digital commerce. You will draft sector positions, defend them with stakeholders at regional, federal, and European levels, and organize knowledge-sharing activities such as seminars, working groups, and meetings.
