Position Overview:

Join a leading UAE Financial services company as an Investment Manager within the Wealth Management team. This role centers on developing and overseeing individual savings products while enhancing investment performance and expanding distribution channels. The position focuses on collaborative strategy development and direct portfolio oversight across multiple sales platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop investment strategies in partnership with finance teams to optimize product returns and align with business goals.
  • Select and oversee third-party fund managers and partners to ensure robust fund performance and alignment with core objectives.
  • Continuously monitor economic indicators and portfolio results to ensure optimal performance of savings products.
  • Enhance existing offerings while supporting the development and launch of innovative investment products.
  • Drive growth across banking, digital, and advisor channels, facilitating effective multichannel sales and expanding reach.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and collaborative success.
  • Ensure strict adherence to UAE financial regulations and maintain the highest levels of compliance in all investment activities.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive understanding of investment analysis and portfolio management in a wealth management context.
  • Experience working with retail financial products, especially within multi-distribution networks.
  • Proficiency with regulatory compliance in the UAE financial sector and effective use of digital financial tools.
  • Ability to conduct research, oversee market expansion, and engage in effective stakeholder management.

Profile description

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment management, asset management, or wealth management, with demonstrated success in managing investment portfolios and product development.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of investment management principles, asset allocation, and portfolio construction
  • Knowledge of retail investment products and customer needs
  • Experience with multiple distribution channels in the financial services sector
  • Understanding of financial regulations in UAE
  • Familiarity with wealth management platforms and digital tools
