Job description

Automaticien en CDI situé à proximité de Verviers, ce poste s'inscrit dans l'industrie manufacturière et combine interventions terrain et bureaux à parts égales. Il comprend la gestion quotidienne du dépannage des équipements automatisés, la mise en œuvre de projets long terme et l’intégration de nouvelles technologies telles que nouveaux capteurs, caméras industrielles et analyse des données via la GMAO.

  • Programmation et paramétrage d’automates (notamment Siemens TIA Portal) et gestion de protocoles réseaux industriels.
  • Maintenance du contrôle process et participation active aux plans d’amélioration continue sur différents types de lignes de production.
  • Organisation des dépannages en journée et mise en place de solutions techniques innovantes, tant sur l’aspect théorique que pratique.
  • Participation à l’analyse des performances, configuration de systèmes de sécurité et implémentation de solutions en lien avec la digitalisation de l’usine.
  • Liaison régulière entre les équipes opérationnelles et d’ingénierie pour optimiser la performance globale des installations.

Le poste combine une forte dimension automation avec la capacité à gérer aussi bien le dépannage immédiat que la modernisation des outils de production, en restant à l’interface pratique et théorique des systèmes industriels.

Profile description

Nous recherchons des candidats passionnés par l’automatisation, à l’aise autant sur le terrain qu’au bureau, capables d’évoluer dans un environnement industriel dynamique et en constante évolution.

  • Formation : Titulaire d’un bachelier, avec de solides connaissances théoriques et pratiques en automation industrielle.
  • Expérience : Aisance avec les nouvelles technologies, les capteurs, les caméras industrielles, et l’analyse de données dans un contexte de GMAO ; expérience en amélioration continue et implémentation de solutions innovantes fortement valorisée.
  • Affinité IT : Intérêt marqué pour la programmation, notamment dans l’environnement Siemens TIA Portal et la programmation d’automates (PLC).
  • Sens de la résolution : Personnalité curieuse, réactive et orientée solution, appréciant les défis liés au dépannage, à la maintenance et à l’optimisation des systèmes automatisés.
  • Esprit d’initiative : Capacité à proposer et à porter des actions concrètes, avec un fort sens de la proactivité et du long terme.
  • Communication : Excellente maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, et aisance relationnelle permettant de travailler efficacement en collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Flexibilité : Envie d’évoluer sur un poste partagé équitablement entre terrain et bureautique, dans un cadre de journée.
