Sinds de oprichting in de jaren 70 door jeugdvrienden heeft dit accountantskantoor zich ontwikkeld tot een vooraanstaande speler in accountancy, belastingen, juridische zaken en HR & payroll diensten binnen de regio Mechelen. Het team is gegroeid en vernieuwd, met vijf partners en meer dan 70 accountants. Deze toevoeging heeft ons kantoor nieuwe energie gegeven en een dynamische wind doen waaien.

Jouw Rol:

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en gedreven professional die verantwoordelijk is voor een breed scala aan taken:

  • Inboeken van aan- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Voorbereiden van BTW-aangiftes.
  • Voorbereiden van fiscale aangiftes voor personen- en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Opstellen van balans en jaarrekeningen, en zorgen voor een correcte afsluiting.
  • Administratieve opvolging.
  • Fungeren als vertrouwde adviseur voor een diverse klantenportefeuille.

Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, you are responsible for overseeing the financial policy and budgetary processes of our organization. You play a key role in ensuring the transparency, efficiency, and reliability of all financial reporting activities.Manage overall coherence and clarity of financial reports, ensuring data is consistent and actionable.Serve as the main point of contact on financial matters with internal teams, the external accounting firm, and external auditors.Closely monitor the monthly accounting reporting process in collaboration with the external accounting partner.Establish and track dynamic plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Analyze group cash flows and implement thorough financial controls as necessary.Coordinate and oversee SOx compliance, guaranteeing that all group standards are thoroughly applied. Junior Credit Risk Analyst

As a Junior Credit Risk Analyst, you are responsible for independently analyzing credit files and assessing the creditworthiness of (potential) clients in close collaboration with external credit insurers to minimize financial risk.Financial and Risk Analysis: Conduct detailed financial and risk analyses on received credit applications. Prepare and substantiate decisions regarding credit approvals and submit processed files for final approval, aiming to prevent defaults, fraudulent deliveries, and reduce debtor payment delays.Portfolio Monitoring: Control and analyze financial data, balance sheets, and budgets of ongoing cases. Decide on and communicate necessary adjustments to the solvency status of clients or dealers, maintaining portfolio risk within set guidelines and ensuring overall creditworthiness.Advisory Role: Serve as an advisor for leasing and credit requests. Provide information on new developments, policy changes, and their potential implications, centralizing questions and issues for consistent, accurate handling.Financial Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts, guarantee gaps, and consolidations to establish future outlooks and provide a reliable basis for financial recommendations to senior management and finance teams.Financial Calculations and Optimization: Perform financial calculations and investigate variances to support the continuous improvement of financial analysis processes.Key skills for this role include: solid knowledge of credit and financial analysis, accounting (including GAAP), and reporting. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is required, with strong written and verbal English skills.This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree in Finance and offers valuable early-career experience in credit risk and corporate banking within a supportive and benefits-rich environment.

Head of Enterprise Risk Management

The Head of Enterprise Risk Management plays a key role in supporting stakeholders such as EXCO, Senior Management, and Shariah in developing and maintaining the bank’s risk governance framework. Working across both Conventional and Islamic Banking portfolios, this role drives awareness of Operational Risk, Market Risk, and Liquidity Risk. The primary objective is to embed strong enterprise risk management processes throughout the organization by coordinating, communicating, and executing aspects related to the Bank's Risk Management framework.On a day-to-day basis, the Head of Enterprise Risk Management serves as the central liaison between departments, ensuring risk culture is understood and adopted firmwide. Responsibilities involve interfacing directly with business lines to identify, assess, and help mitigate potential risks that may affect the bank’s objectives and reputation. Job Title: Internal Audit - Project CoordinatorDepartment: Risk & Audit – Corporate OfficeBusiness Unit: Corporate FunctionsPurpose of the RoleThe Internal Audit Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the audit function by ensuring smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners. The position is responsible for assisting in the documentation and review of systems and processes, while also serving as a link between auditors, business units, and management.
