Als Business Controller bij een toonaangevend internationaal bedrijf speel je een sleutelrol in financiële analyses en strategische besluitvorming. Je ondersteunt de Planning & Control-cyclus en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, zoals Operations en Management. Digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie staan centraal, waarbij je rapportagetools beheert en vernieuwt. Daarnaast leid je belangrijke projecten, zoals investeringen en initiatieven rond duurzaamheid. In deze dynamische omgeving krijg je de kans om jouw financiële expertise verder te ontwikkelen en impact te maken.


Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden


  • Planning & Control: Ondersteunen en coördineren van de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse Planning & Control-cyclus, met focus op nauwkeurige financiële rapportage.
  • Financiële analyses: Uitvoeren van diepgaande analyses en het opstellen van rapportages ter ondersteuning van strategische besluitvorming.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Fungeren als financiële businesspartner voor verschillende afdelingen en het bieden van advies op maat.
  • Digitalisering: Beheren, optimaliseren en vernieuwen van financiële tools en rapportagesystemen om processen te stroomlijnen.
  • Procesverbetering: Identificeren van verbeterkansen binnen financiële processen en het implementeren van efficiëntere werkwijzen.
  • Projectondersteuning: Leiding nemen in financiële aspecten van strategische projecten, zoals investeringen en duurzaamheid.


Profile description
  • Ervaring en kennis: Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in Finance of Controlling, met een sterk inzicht in financiële processen en rapportages.
  • Opleiding: Masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting, met affiniteit voor analytisch werk.
  • Analytische vaardigheden: Uitstekend vermogen om data te analyseren, complexe problemen te doorgronden en gefundeerde adviezen te geven.
  • Communicatie: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, aangevuld met kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Proactief, resultaatgericht, en een teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor detail.
