Role Overview:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology strategy, system architecture, and engineering execution. This role involves developing secure, scalable financial solutions, overseeing system integrations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Python, along with experience managing high-performance engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Leadership
• Define and implement a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.
• Architect and scale transaction processing platforms using microservices.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as AI-driven fraud detection and blockchain-based solutions.
Key Qualifications & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in financial technology, banking systems, or payment solutions.
• Proven leadership experience in senior technology roles, such as CTO or VP of Engineering.
• Expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and RESTful API development.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, remittances, and financial security protocols.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, security best practices, and risk management.
• Ability to lead and scale distributed engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with real-time transaction processing systems
