Job description

Warehouse Team Leader Logistiek is verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt aansturen van de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten in Erpe-Mere. Het betreft een functie binnen de logistieke sector waarbij operationeel meewerken en supervisie centraal staan.

  • Onthaal van onze chauffeurs en het behandelen van de nodige transportdocumenten voor externe chauffeurs
  • De nodige richtlijnen en taken verdelen tussen de magazijniers
  • Controleren dat de taken van onze magazijniers worden uitgevoerd
  • Meewerken op de werkvloer met onze magazijniers
  • Aanmaken van documenten voor de operationele bewegingen van de goederen
  • Klanten informeren over de operationele opvolging : los afspraken bevestigen, stockverschillen melden, stocklijst doorsturen enzo..
  • Je zal dagelijks rapporteren aan de magazijnverantwoordelijke over de vooropgestelde doelstellingen

Het doel is om te zorgen voor een optimaal werkend logistiek proces, waarbij nauwkeurigheid, communicatie en veiligheid van groot belang zijn.

Profile description

We zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die uitblinken in het aansturen en motiveren van een magazijnteam binnen een logistieke omgeving. De ideale persoon beschikt over een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en weet op een natuurlijke manier collega’s te enthousiasmeren en te ondersteunen. Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid zijn essentieel: in piekperiodes staat deze collega stevig in zijn of haar schoenen en blijft het overzicht behouden.

  • Je behaalde min. een bachelor diploma
  • Je hebt min. 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je bent stressbestendig en durft beslissingen nemen en verantwooordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Je beschikt over waanzinnige communicatieskills om een team aan te sturen
  • Je bent een doorzetter. Je ziet nooit een probleem maar enkel uitdagingen
  • Je kan een heftruck en reachtruck besturen
  • Je hebt een goede mondelinge kennis van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal
  • Je bezit een goede kennis van het MS Office pakket (Excel, Outlook, Word)
