Our client is a prestigious international company looking for a legal counsel.


In their legal department, they are looking for new Legal Counsel to work on a new and exciting project.


Job description :

  • Deliver proactive legal advice ;
  • Support to all business units ;
  • Commercial contracts ;
  • Participate to the required bidding process;
  • Develop and deliver contracts & commercial awareness training/workshops ;
  • Equip contract teams with contracts & commercial processes, tools and knowledge ;
  • Prepare contractual summaries and risk reports for governance ;
  • Data protection ;
  • Compliance ;



Profile description

Your profil :

  • Master degree in Law ;
  • Experience in International Law ;
  • Bilingual : FR/DU or DU/EN or DU/FR ;
  • Knowledge in data protection and compliance ;
  • Flexible to travel ;
