International Legal Counsel
Our Client
As a newly established player in the premium small household appliances sector, their company was created through the merger of a Belgian parent company and two French entities that joined in 2022 and 2025.
Their mission: to delight their customers and turn every culinary moment into a unique experience through a wide range of innovative, high-quality, and elegantly designed products.
They design and market their own products under several leading brands and also act as a distributor for many others.
Now active in five countries across four continents, they bring together around 100 employees. At the same time, they are investing heavily in digital development to expand their reach and enhance their customer experience.
Their organization is driven by strong values, a cohesive company culture focused on employee well-being, and a concrete ESG commitment to support an inspiring vision, ambitious goals, and significant growth.
