Job description

Een groeiende organisatie zoekt een Financial Controller om de financiële rapportering te waarborgen en de CFO te ondersteunen. Je organiseert kwartaalafsluitingen, voert diepgaande analyses uit van de P&L en controleert de balans- en resultatenrekeningen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor cashplanning, het opvolgen van aankoopbeleid en het voorbereiden van auditdossiers. Je werkt mee aan de consolidatieprocessen en ondersteunt bij kosten-baten analyses en het verbeteren van interne controleprocessen. Met een focus op samenwerking en procesoptimalisatie, rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CFO. Een analytische geest, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring in de financiële sector zijn vereist.


Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden


  • Beheren van kwartaalafsluitingen en uitvoeren van diepgaande financiële analyses.
  • Controleren en reconciliëren van balans- en resultatenrekeningen.
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen tussen werkelijke en gebudgetteerde resultaten.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor cashplanning en het opvolgen van aankoopbeleid.
  • Voorbereiden van auditdossiers en jaarrekeningen, fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt.
  • Ondersteunen bij consolidatieprocessen en verbeteren van interne controles en financiële analyses.
Profile description
  • Hoger diploma in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een financiële rol, met 2 jaar in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Sterke kennis van boekhouding en financiële rapportage.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel en ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Analytisch sterk, met het vermogen om financiële gegevens te interpreteren en te vertalen naar praktische inzichten.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om effectief samen te werken met diverse teams.
