Description de poste Product Manager Cybersécurité
Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement du portefeuille Cybersécurité pour les clients entreprises en interne ou via les partenaires pertinents, et la traduire en roadmaps de lancement de solutions et produits Cybersécurité sur le marché, avec pour objectif d'augmenter les revenus générés.

Responsabilités :

  • Définir les plans marketing pour la gamme de produits et solutions Cybersécurité selon les orientations du plan stratégique
  • Définir et piloter la roadmap Marketing Cybersécurité
  • Développer et assurer le lancement et les évolutions des solutions de Cybersécurité selon les processus en vigueur
  • Réaliser une veille constante sur les tendances du marché et les innovations en matière de Cybersécurité et ICT.
  • Surveiller la concurrence et proposer des actions pour maintenir la compétitivité des solutions.
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et les nouvelles menaces en matière de cybersécurité pour adapter les offres.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et commerciales pour concevoir et lancer des offres innovantes, tout en s'assurant de répondre aux besoins du marché.
  • Définir et piloter la mise en place des partenariats stratégiques dans le domaine de la Cybersécurité pour répondre aux demandes du marché
  • Contribuer à l’exercice budgétaire et forecasts annuels et assurer le suivi et l’analyse des KPIs clés pour sécuriser et développer les revenus
  • Assurer les formations, transferts de compétences, développement d’outils d’aide à la vente et support aux équipes commerciales et avant-vente
  • Suivre et piloter les pipes d’affaires en collaboration avec les commerciaux
  • Assurer la veille technologique et concurrentielle
  • Piloter les demandes business en matière de spécifications, certifications, et prérequis pour le développement des services de Cybersécurité

    • Forte contribution à la Croissance de chiffre d’affaires ICT
    • Simplification du parcours Client et amélioration de l’expérience Client B2B (Outils self care, Extranet B2B, etc..)
    • Participation à l’industrialisation des processus interne (vente-déploiement-Facturation-SAV).



Profile description

Profil recherché :

    • Formation : Bac +5 en ingénierie, informatique, télécommunications, ou en gestion avec une spécialisation en IT ou Cybersécurité.
    • Expérience : 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits dans les secteurs Cybersécurité ou ICT, avec une expertise avérée dans le développement et le lancement de solutions pour les entreprises.
    • Compétences techniques : Solide compréhension des technologies de cybersécurité (firewalls, encryption, détection d’intrusion, etc.) et des services ICT (cloud, réseaux, télécoms).
    • Expérience dans la gestion de projets technologiques complexes et multidisciplinaires.
    • Capacité à interpréter les besoins techniques des clients et à les transformer en solutions commercialisables.
    • Une connaissance du marché ICT /cybersécurité est un plus

Location: Charleroi · Hybrid, with 3 days on-site per week · Limited travel (<10%), mainly within EuropePosition Overview: This role focuses on cybersecurity risk assessment and secure architecture design specifically for railway systems.
