Business Analyst
My client is looking for a Business Analyst specialized in the insurance sector to join our dynamic team in Brussels. Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and operational processes in the insurance domain to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct in-depth data and trend analysis to provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Design innovative solutions using industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Actively participate in project planning, implementation, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users by addressing questions, providing training, and resolving issues encountered.
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science or Business Analyse
- Significant professional experience (at least 3-5 years) as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and formulate strategic recommendations.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, operational processes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in French or Dutch and English
