Job description

Een groeiend bedrijf zoekt een gedreven Business & Finance Controller om de financiële rapportering te beheren en het accountingteam te ondersteunen. In deze rol zorg je voor nauwkeurige financiële analyses, consolidaties en rapportages, en draag je bij aan strategische besluitvorming. Je houdt toezicht op maand- en jaarafsluitingen, ontwikkelt BI-gestuurde rapporten en ondersteunt bij audits. We zoeken een professional met een masterdiploma, minimaal vijf jaar ervaring en sterke analytische vaardigheden. Ervaring met ERP-systemen, BI-tools en consolidatie is vereist. Een dynamische werkomgeving met ruimte voor groei en impact wacht op jou. Vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.


Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden


  • Beheren en analyseren van financiële data ter ondersteuning van strategische besluitvorming.
  • Opstellen en verbeteren van financiële rapportages en prestatieanalyses.
  • Toezicht houden op budgettering, forecasting en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en naleving van financiële regelgeving.
  • Optimaliseren van financiële processen en implementeren van verbeteringen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende teams om financiële inzichten te delen en advies te geven.
Profile description
  • Masterdiploma in een financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in financiële rapportage en controle.
  • Diepgaande kennis van boekhouding, financiële planning en consolidaties.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en BI-tools voor rapportage en analyses.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in Excel en andere financiële software.
  • Vloeiend in zowel Frans als Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
