𝗥𝗼̂𝗹𝗲 :

  • Assurer la conformité fiscale de l’entreprise en analysant et en appliquant les réglementations locales et internationales.
  • Élaborer les déclarations fiscales (TVA, IS, IR) et veiller à leur dépôt dans les délais légaux.
  • Conseiller la direction sur les stratégies fiscales optimisées afin de minimiser la charge fiscale dans le respect de la loi.
  • Suivre les évolutions réglementaires et mettre en œuvre les adaptations nécessaires pour l’entreprise.
Profile description

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲́𝘀 :

  • Préparer et superviser l’ensemble des déclarations fiscales de l’entreprise et de ses filiales.
  • Identifier les risques fiscaux potentiels et proposer des mesures de mitigation.
  • Effectuer des analyses fiscales pour les projets et investissements, en évaluant les impacts financiers.
  • Maintenir des relations avec les administrations fiscales et gérer les éventuels contrôles ou audits fiscaux.
  • Établir un reporting fiscal régulier pour la direction et assurer la veille réglementaire.
