Project Control Manager
The selected PMC will be responsible for managing one or more projects and overseeing the deliverables and performance of the project control staff.
Main tasks:
- Lead the development of project control procedures and project control systems.
- Manage a team of controllers on high quality projects.
- Ensuring that the initial project schedule and cost baseline are met as agreed during the studies.
- Writing regular reports on trends and forecasts of costs, schedules, and resources for all projects.
- Adheres to hierarchy guidelines on major changes to assigned projects while assessing potential cost and schedule impacts.
- Participate in Safety initiatives (SOR, Safety Discussion…) and risk assessment of work activities.
- Liaise and educate project managers/directors to clarify project control related issues.
Must have :
- Master's degree: Arts, Science or Finance
- 10 to 15 years of overall experience in heavy industry (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Petrochemicals...)
- At least 5 years in a similar position in the industry
